PHILADELPHIA -

If you are a person who is constantly late for things, there might be help for you or at least a good excuse for you to use.

FOX Medical Reporter Deena Centofanti had more details when she joined "Good Day Philadelphia" to talk about the study Thursday morning and share some tips to avoid tardiness.
