State police: Motorcyclist forced off road in Lenox crash

LENOX, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) – Authorities in Lenox are asking for the public's assistance locating a suspect who allegedly forced a motorcyclist off the road, causing him significant injury.

According to Mass. State Police, the crash occurred on Route 7 and Route 20, north of Housatonic Street, at about 9 a.m. Tuesday.

The motorcyclist, identified as a 54-year-old Pittsfield man, was traveling north when he was allegedly forced off the road by someone driving a blue sedan. The Pittsfield man sustained significant injuries, but is expected to survive.
