EAST POINT, Ga. -

U.S. Marshals and East Point police have arrested the third suspect in the attack of an elderly Air Force veteran.

Police say tips to CrimeStoppers led them to Ricky Wilcoxson at an apartment on Flat Shoals Road. Investigators say Wilcoxson and two others viciously attacked Creston Portis Jr. two weeks ago in his driveway.

The suspects face aggravated assault, battery and robbery charges.

Portis said that he's relieved by the arrests and he's beginning to feel better.
