The Hot Challenge Of Hot Yoga

I was a hot mess trying out hot yoga for the first time.  The room was 105 degrees and humidity at 35%. Producers said they would be taking us live at 8am. It was more like 9:45ish.  Yeah, I was sweating like a pig with a pounding headache.

But somehow, the ladies at Huntington Beach Hot Yoga looked great with the sweat dripping from their glistening bodies.  Why can't I look like that??

Maybe because I need to do more yoga!  Which brings me to the reason why I was doing the live shot in the first place.  Huntington Beach Hot Yoga is doing a 30 day challenge.  The promise? 30 days of hot yoga and you will be looking amazing at the end of the month.   Is it possible?  Well, hot yoga is known for weight loss, stress & anxiety management, relief of arthritis, improved skin and many other amazing benefits.   So, we'll come back in 30 days to see if the ladies who took on the challenge accomplished their goals.
