MANCHESTER, NH (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is looking for an inmate who walked away from a Manchester halfway house Friday.

Officials say 53-year-old Antonio Lionel Dustin left the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit at 4 a.m. to go to work and failed to return at 6 p.m. He was placed on walkaway status at 7 p.m.

Dustin is described as a white man, about 5'6" tall, weighing 195 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He has several tattoos on his right arm.

Dustin is serving a 1 1/2 to 4-year sentence for failing to register as a sex offender. He was admitted to the New Hampshire State Prison in March 2012 and eligible for parole on Sept. 8, 2013.

Anyone with information about the 53-year-old's whereabouts is asked to call local police or the New Hampshire State Prison at 603-271-1801.
