1 cup milk 4 ounces yogurt or 4 ounces cream cheese 1/2 cup beer 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (to taste) salt (to taste) 16 ounces grated sharp cheddar cheese 10 ounces grated fontina cheese
12 ounces macaroni
Directions: Add macaroni to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes, drain and return to pot. Meanwhile heat milk, beer and yogurt in a saucepan until just about to simmer, remove from heat. Stir in cheese stirring to melt. Add to macaroni, mix well. Serve in parmesan bowl.
