They've "suited up" to fight for our freedom and now a nonprofit 'Suits for Soldiers' is reaching out to help members of the military dress for the job market once they return home.

"First impressions is everything, having a good suit, a good pair of shoes, a tie, a shirt ...We want the veterans to walk in the office and be like, 'We're going to hire this guy, he looks professional,'" the nonprofit's founder Scott Fader says.

The nonprofit also offers resume help, mentors and IT training, among other things. For more information or to donate, visit their website: suitsforsoldiers.org.
