Boris Kodjoe: I Can Look Into the Camera Like This

Posted: Updated:

Boris Kodjoe admits it.  His reality TV show, 'Real Husbands of Hollywood" is 100% scripted.

What isn't scripted, though, is the friendly relationship between the co-stars.  "We all are friends; we've known each other for years and years and years.  And this is really what goes down when we get together off-camera as well.  I just play a hyper-real version of myself."

But, as Boris tells Steve Edwards and Araksya Karapetyan on Good Day L.A., there is some adlibbing, much of it courtesy of one of those friends who's one of the show's writers and creators:  Kevin Hart.  "When you're dealing with Kevin, you just never know what's going to happen.  You have to be on your toes at all times, because he just goes way off script and just comes back in a half-hour and you just have to tangle with him."

Born and raised in Liverpool, signed by an inexperienced agent named Brian Epstein, hustled into the studio with a genius producer named George Martin...and out of that session came a hit song called "Do You Want To Know A Secret." Now here's the twist…we're not talking about The Beatles.
