How to get your kids to eat THESE veggies!

Foods like rainbow chard and kale are really good for you, but they probably don't sound so good-- especially to kids.  So how do you get them to eat what they SHOULD eat?  Ashley Scorcz at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta shared a few tips.

Scorcz says when it comes to superfoods, the trick is to mix up the good-for-you ingredients into the dishes your kids are already eating.
