Clementon Car Crash Leaves Wires Down, Road Closed

CLEMENTON, N.J. -

A portion of the White Horse Pike in Clementon will be closed for six to eight hours after a severe accident, according to police.

The crash occurred around 12:15 p.m. SkyFOX over the scene showed a car flipped onto its side after going through a pole Friday afternoon.

Atlantic City Electric has been called to the scene on the 200 block of the White Horse Pike, as utility wires were on or near the vehicle, officials say.

The occupant was initially trapped inside the vehicle. There was no immediate word on that person's condition.
