(WJBK) -

On this Veteran's Day, a Michigan filmmaker and ministry group in Grand Rapids have teamed up to produce one of the most shared videos on the Internet.

U.S. Army Veteran Jim Wolf
, who has struggled with alcoholism, poverty and homelessness for decades, agreed to a makeover under the watch of Rob Bliss and Degage Ministries, a group offering help to homeless and disadvantaged families.

The process took several hours, but Wolf's physical transformation is nothing short of stunning.

"We hope to give a hesitation to those that we tune out, a reminder of the potential that even our most down and out citizens will always carry with them," reads the information on the YouTube video that has been viewed over 10 million times.
