State trooper calls barracks for help after being hit by car in Grafton
GRAFTON, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A Mass. State Police trooper was transported to the hospital Wednesday after he was hit by a car on Route 90 eastbound.
State Police officials tell FOX 25 the trooper was hit just after 1 a.m. in Grafton. He told investigators he was walking from the back of his cruiser to the front when he was hit. The car that hit him did not stop at the scene.
The trooper called the Weston State Police Barracks for help. He was transported to UMass Medical Center with bruises to his face. The cruiser only had a broken mirror.
Investigators did not release any information about the car that hit the trooper.
