WALTHAM, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A man was shot in Waltham early Sunday morning, but his injuries did not seem to be life threatening, according to Waltham police.
The Waltham Police Department responded to the Gardencrest apartment complex at 117 Middlesex Rd. at 1:14 a.m. Sunday morning because of a reported shooting.
A 20-year-old man, whose name has not been released, was shot twice, and was transported to a local hospital, police said.
No suspect had been identified, though police said the shooting was not a random attack, and the public is not at risk.
