Black Friday shoppers start camping out nearly one week before

Black Friday shoppers have begun camping out in anticipation of the good deals. Some pitched their tents as early as Saturday night.

Fox 2's Taryn Asher found some of the eager shoppers at the Best Buy in Rochester Hills Monday night. They say they're waiting in line for gifts to buy for their family members. The doors open this year on 6 p.m. Thanksgiving day.

"It really is about the experience, because it is a bit of a tradition for us. It's, like I said, the same people every year, the same group of friends," Blake Hall tells Asher.

Dunae Hinojosa has worked on Black Friday for a decade now, and says customers camping out has almost become as big of a tradition as the holiday itself. He also says a turkey dinner will be provided to the employees who will work on Thanksgiving.
