STOCKTON, Calif. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- Another man on the Massachusetts State Police Top 10 Sex Offender Fugitive list was arrested Monday afternoon in Stockton, California.

Ong Noy, a 46-year-old Level 3 sex offender, was wanted for two counts of failure to register as a sex offender.

In 2010, Noy was convicted for indecent assault and battery on a child. the family of the victim, a 10-year-old, had hired Noy to do landscape work. In 2012 Noy was convicted for malicious destruction of property and attempting to commit a crime. He was trying to break into the bedroom of a 13-year-old girl.

Noy is the eighth fugitive caught since FOX 25's New England's Unsolved story aired in mid-November, featuring all eight new names added to the Top 10 List.

FOX 25 viewers were credited with the captures of five of the eight. The two remaining men on the Top 10 list are a hold-over from a previous list. All eight men on the new list have now been caught.

The Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section (VFAS), Fall River Police, and U.S. Marshals all worked to take down Noy.
