Third Wintry Mess This Week

Posted: Updated:
PHILADELPHIA -

Our third round of wintry weather in a week started early this afternoon and will stay with us well into the evening.

West and North of I95 got hit the hardest.  Allentown, Bucks County, Lancaster, Pottstown, and the surrounding areas could receive about 6 to 9 inches of snow. The snow will continue to fall throughout the night causing serious icing concern.

East and South of I95 received mostly rain and some sleet.  These areas are also at a risk for icing as the roads sleek over from the low temperatures. There total snow accumulation is between a dusting to an inch.
