Sadie Calvano: Everyone Can Relate To Teen Angst

Posted: Updated:

At age 16, Sadie Calvano, who co-stars with Allison Janney and Anna Faris on the CBS sitcom "Mom." is already an acting veteran.  And it's a career she hopes to continue pursuing.

"This is an amazing business but it's definitely unreliable," Sadie told the Toronto Sun. "I got really lucky with Mom. That doesn't always happen."

"I guess my next big goal would be doing a feature film. But especially being a student, I think it's important to stay focused on a backup plan and maintain good grades and apply to colleges."

It sure sounds as if Sadie had a much more grounded upbringing that her character on Mom.  "I would hope so," Sadie says. "My mom would be very concerned otherwise."

Sadie joins Steve Edwards and Araksya Karapeteyan on Good Day L.A.
