Farmington, Conn. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A medical report has concluded that a man who was associated with Aaron Hernandez had drugs in his system when he was killed in a car accident in June.

Thaddeus L. Singleton III, also known as "TL," was driving a car that crashed into the Farmington Country Club on June. Singleton died in the crash. His passenger, Tabitha Perry, was injured.

Perry, 27, died earlier in December after being found unresponsive in a home in Southington, Conn.

According to the chief medical examiner of Connecticut, drugs including cocaine, PCP and oxycodone were detected in Singleton's system.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing.

The 33-year-old was married to Hernandez's cousin, Tanya Singleton. She has pleaded not guilty to conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact to murder for her alleged connection to the case against Aaron Hernandez.

Hernandez is being held without bail for his alleged connection to the murder of Odin Lloyd.
