Philadelphia police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect who was caught on surveillance shooting a man.

According to police, the suspect is a black male in his mid-30s. During the robbery, he was wearing a blue puffy suede jacket with a white thermal underneath. He also had blue jeans, blue hat, tan boots and was armed with a long barrel handgun.

Police say that the suspect attempted to rob two young men on December 29th at around 11:46 a.m. The incident happened on the 4200 block of Frankford Avenue, say police.
