Police: Rep. Stallworth's car stolen on Detroit's west side

DETROIT (WJBK) -- Police say a vehicle driven by State Rep. Thomas Stallworth was stolen Thursday morning on the city's west side.

Detroit police say Stallworth left his black Lincoln MKZ running and unattended at a gas station on 7 Mile and Coyle St. when someone jumped in drove away.

No further details were made available.

Stallworth, a Democrat from Detroit, serves Michigan's 7th House District.
