Actor Playing Peter Pan Proposes To Actor Playing Wendy

Posted: Updated:

This is the ultimate fairy tale ending. An actor playing Peter Pan surprised audiences in Scotland when he stopped the show to pop the question to his girlfriend. She was playing Wendy.

When he pops the question, even the actors on stage can't hold it and go wild with excitement. Video captures the whole thing.

The couple met while working on tour with the show. The man said he had been thinking about proposing for a while, but wanted to do it when the show reached her hometown, so her whole family could be there.

The video, originally posted by the Scottish Daily Record, has gotten more than 343,000 views.

While these public proposals always risk going awry, the viewers have reacted very positively to this proposal.

"And they lived happily ever after," wrote one YouTuber.
