'Real Housewives' star Cynthia Bailey apologizes for fight

Posted: Updated:
NEW YORK (MYFOXNY) - The cast of 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta,' the highest rated show on Bravo TV, had never gotten into a physical altercation until Sunday night. An all-out brawl broke out during game night and it wasn't pretty.

"It all happened very quickly.  I was a guest. We were playing games. We were there to talk about relationships and put our issues on the table," said Bailey.

Some of the cast didn't like what they were hearing and before you know it, fists were flying.

"I
t’s not easy. It doesn't come with a manual. You have six different personalities. You just can’t predict what’s going to happen. People have their snap buttons," said Bailey.

The former model who had a successful career while she lived in New York City, now calls Atlanta home with her husband, Peter.

Reality TV stars often make headlines for all the wrong reasons-- fighting and arrests-- to name a few, and Bailey's husband was no exception. He was recently accused by a tabloid of cavorting with another woman.

"I was there and the beautiful brunette who he was snuggling with was his daughter. And she was not "twerking" him.  When you are on a reality show you are open bait for rumors. We are like any other married couple," said Bailey.

Despite the recent negativity, Bailey says she's all about promoting positivity, especially among women and girls.

Bailey, who also runs a talent agency, has created a doll in her image.

"The Cynthia Bailey doll is another positive way to empower young girls," said Bailey.
