GEMA: There are 2 weather-related fatalities. There are 4 injuries

GEMA: Ringgold received 11 inches of snow

GEMA: Augusta received approximately 1 inch of ice.

GEMA: Eight generators were delivered to nursing homes and other critical facilities.

GEMA: 5 million acres of Georgia forest was impacted by the storm

GEMA: Chainsaw strike teams from Forestry, DNR & Corrections completed 1,187 missions

GEMA: 642 Georgia National Guard soldiers used 154 4-wheel drive vehicles to deliver food, water, cots, etc.

GEMA: GSP assisted 541 motorists in central and north Georgia

GEMA: On Thursday, 110 DNR rangers patrolled Georgia roadways assisting motorists.

GEMA: There were 18 shelters open in 16 counties on Thursday night, serving 616 people

GEMA: At storm peak, 27 National Guard Armory locations & 11 state parks available as shelters

GEMA: Power has been restored to 724,400 customers

GEMA: There are 160,000 customers without power

Atlanta: Joint Operations Center closed at 2pm after almost 100 consecutive hours.

Atlanta: Treated and plowed total 590 miles of priority routes throughout the city

Atlanta: Prepared and distributed of more than 3,000 meals

Atlanta: Over 96 hours, approximately 1,282 Atlanta Police essential personnel worked the storm detail

Atlanta: Staff worked 12-hour shift, slept at workstations, woke up to begin their next 12-hour shift

Atlanta: More than 60 Command personnel and staff kept the Joint Operations Center 96 hours without a break

Atlanta: 950 meals were delivered TWICE a day, 1500 meals each day, to officers and staff

Atlanta: Meals came from Jason's Deli, Chick-Fil-A, Popeyes. Additional 400 meals prepared by staff at city jail for APD

Atlanta: Each shift, officers and staff slept on 476 cots and mattresses

Georgia Power: Completed restoration to 99 percent of affected Metro Atlanta customers

Georgia Power: Since beginning of storm, service restored to 608,000 customers

Georgia Power: Approximately 8,000 Georgia Power employees, contractors and personnel providing emergency assistance

Georgia Power: Weather started to impact service starting around 12:15 a.m. on Wednesday

Georgia Power: As of 1:30 p.m. Friday, 90,000 active outages remained

Week 1 will be a rematch of last year’s season opener, only this time, the New Orleans Saints come to the Georgia Dome. The Falcons play the Detroit Lions in London in Week 8. It’s a game fans will have to get up early to watch. It airs at 9:30 a.m. EST.

Harris is believed to have been abducted in from Caledonia Mississippi Wednesday morning. Harris is described as a white two-year-old female with blonde hair.
