Ferguson found not guilty on two weapon's charges

A jury found former city contractor Bobby Ferguson not guilty on gun charges.

Ferguson is already service a 21-year prison sentence for corruption.

This is the second trial for Ferguson on the weapon's charges that were originally part of a larger bid-rigging case.

The new jury found Ferguson not guilty on two of the charges but deadlocked on a third. The judge declared a mistrial on that charge.
