NASHUA, N.H. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- A man was killed Sunday night in Nashua after he was hit by a car, according to police.
At around 7:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a man lying on the side of the road, unresponsive near West Hollis and Pine streets. The man, 63-year-old Robert Derome, was taken to St. Joseph's Hospital in Nashua where he was pronounced dead.
On Monday, the New Hampshire state medical examiner's office performed an autopsy and determined that Derome suffered serious injuries to his head and pelvis, which were caused by a car hitting him.
