Dover Man Charged In String Of Vehicle Break-Ins

Delaware police began an investigation almost a month ago after numerous cars were broken into in an approximate two mile radius on South State Street in Dover,DE.  Detectives noticed that in at least two of the break-ins, the passenger's side windows were smashed and various items were stolen from the vehicle.

During the investigation, police noticed the Terrane Bratcher used two credit cards that were stolen from the vehicles.

On March 7th Bratcher was taken in custody and charged on multiple counts. He was released on $6,350.00 unsecured bond.
