PLYMOUTH, Mass. (MyFoxBoston.com) -- The Plymouth Police Department announced funeral arrangements for Officer Gregory Maloney Thursday night.

Calling hours will be held between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Monday at Memorial Hall on Court Street. The public can attend until 6 p.m., at which time a police walk-through will be conducted.

Maloney's funeral will be held at St. Peter's Church on Court Street Tuesday at 11 a.m., followed by interment at Vine Hills Cemetery on Samoset Street.

Maloney died Tuesday afternoon following an on-duty motorcycle crash on Samoset Street. Roads and highways were shut down Wednesday as his body was escorted home.

Police officers and first responders lined the streets from Boston to Plymouth to show support.

Maloney joined the Plymouth Police Department 17 years ago and was named to the motorcycle police unit in 2009. He was married and had two teenage sons. His older son graduated from Plymouth's Junior Police Academy last week.

It remains unclear what caused the fatal crash.
