Posted: Updated:
SOUTHFIELD, Mich. (WJBK) -- Police are asking for the public's assistance to locate a man suspected of shooting another man at a Southfield gas station.

The suspect is 22-year-old Ismail Shaka Hall.  He is charged with three counts of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder and three counts of felony firearm.

Hall is accused of shooting at three people after a dispute in the parking lot of the Marathon gas station located at the corner of 8 Mile Road and Evergreen Road on June 22.

Police say the suspect and victims knew each other.

Police say Hall hit one person, a 19-year-old male, who suffered minor injuries to his lower leg and was transported to the hospital.

Police say they contacted Hall by telephone shortly after the incident and that he agree to surrender himself to police, but has not done so.

His last know address was on Melrose Street in Southfield, Mich.  Hall is considered armed and dangerous.

If you have seen the suspect, contact the Southfield police.
