Let It Rip: The grand bargain, gun owners' rights

Posted: Updated:
Part 1: A push to approve the grand bargain

With about two weeks to go before retirees finish voting on the grand bargain, Detroit's emergency manager Kevyn Orr makes a final push.

Part 2: Gun owners' rights

Governor Rick Snyder signed into law Tuesday an NRA pack of bills giving gun owners more privacy. Information once accessible by requests under the Freedom of Information Act, such as licensing, registration and concealed carry permitting, will now be completely confidential. Police can now only legally access the information.

Should we have a right to know who's carrying?

On the panel:

Rick Ector, gun advocate
State Representative Jim Townsend, (D) Royal Oak
Jack Lessenberry, Head of WSU journalism faculty
Fox 2 legal analyst Charlie Langton
