Chef Bobby Nahra from the Red Crown Restaurant stops by the Fox 2 Kitchen to prepare Skirt Steak.  

red crown: an american comfort food (with a twist) restaurant, specializing in a nostalgic element of cooking that equates to yummy goodness.

Red Crown Skirt Steak
Servings: 12 Pieces
-Fusion Mexican/Asian Marinade-
½ cup Soy Sauce
1 cup chopped Cilantro
2 Tbsp. Ginger
1 Tbsp. Sriracha

-Directions Steak Marinade-
Mix all ingredients together. Marinade skirt steak over night.

-Cooking Directions Skirt Steak-
 Place on 375 degree Oiled Grill
3 minutes per side.

Pull off of the grill and plate. Serve with dipping sauce.
Your choice of sides.

Summer Grilled Corn Rub
Servings: 6 Ears
-Ingredients-
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Ground Cumin
1 tsp. Chopped Garlic
1 cup Heavy Duty Mayo
1 squirt of Sriracha
Chopped Cilantro for Garnish

Mix all ingredients together.
Rub on shucked ears of corn and allow to marinate over night.

-Cooking Directions Summer Corn-
Preheat Grill 
Grill each ear of corn (16-18) minutes to desired tenderness
