(WJBK) - The Fox 2 Weather Authority team says more rain is in the forecast for Tuesday, but it will be nothing like what we experienced Monday.

A flood warning is still in effect for Wayne and Macomb counties until 3 p.m. August 12.

The weather team says there is a chance for spotty showers this morning with scattered showers and possibly storms this afternoon and evening. With that in mind, it might be a good idea to make sure the storm drains on your streets are clear. You can watch the full forecast in the video player above.

Much of metro Detroit is still under water after a day of record-setting rainfall. Some drivers are still stranded in flooded roads.

Much of I-75 near I-696 is still under water, making the morning commute very tricky for many people. Fox 2's Robin Murdoch is at the scene. You can watch her report in the video player above.

DTE Energy also says 22,000 homes and businesses are without power this morning.

MDOT spokesperson Diane Cross told Fox 2 News Monday night there is no timetable for when freeways and roads will be cleared. The sewer systems have to be able to absorb the water, which is an "unknown factor," she said.
