Mesquite loaf

Recipe from Erin Oglesbee of Texas

3 lbs lean ground beef
1 large onion (diced)
1 sml bell pepper (diced)
2 packages McCormick Mesquite Grill Mates Seasoning

Combine seasonings with meat, mix well. In a skillet on medium heat saute diced onion and bell pepper until soft, then add to meat and seasonings. Shape into a loaf or any design you like and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 1 to 1-1/2 hours.  Serve with mashed potatoes and a green veggie. Serves at least 8.
